What in spired me to start Web & Ad Creatives

I’m Rick Valcin, the founder of Web & Ad Creatives, a digital creative service dedicated to helping businesses grow through strategic planning, social media management, and high-performing advertising creatives.

What inspired me to start this agency came from my experience as a small seamless gutter business owner. I noticed that many businesses lacked an online presence and had poor business structure, which was holding them back from reaching their full potential. That realization pushed me to create a solution that helps businesses not only show up online but grow with purpose and direction.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing & Management and a background in business leadership and customer experience, I combine marketing strategy with real-world business insight to help brands build a stronger and more effective online presence.

I’ve earned multiple certifications in social media marketing and advertising, including Social Media Management, Advertising with Meta, Fundamentals of Social Media Advertising, and campaign measurement and optimization. These certifications allow me to create data-driven campaigns designed to increase visibility, engagement, and conversions.
